Bluff City NIL is a new non-profit collective in Memphis with the goal of creating opportunities for University of Memphis student-athletes to tell their stories and highlight their skills through the use of their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). We are working with the University of Memphis to ensure compliance with all NCAA guidelines and state legislation.
